Housed in a renovated 17th-century historic building with four separate floors, the hospital features specific areas for dogs and cats, waiting areas adapted to each species, a triage room, an inpatient unit, diagnostic spaces, grooming, feeding, and a pleasant courtyard with background music.

Clinical Management
Henrique Armés is a veterinarian with a doctorate in orthopedics and an MBA in management. Since 1997, he has led the São Bento Veterinary Hospital, where he has become a central figure in the advancement of veterinary orthopedic surgery in Portugal. A pioneer in the application of bionic prostheses in companion animals, he combines clinical practice with research and teaching, contributing significantly to the evolution of veterinary medicine in the country.
